UK GOVT URGED TO DO MORE FOR 'LEFT OUT' SECTORS

The UK government's facing criticism over some of the sectors and areas not helped in Wednesday's economic support package.

Politicians in the city of Leicester say it should have received extra support after it was put into a stricter, local coronavirus lockdown.

And the opposition Labour Party say the government's latest $38 billion in measures don't help struggling industries such as aviation, beauticians and gyms.

Chancellor Rishi Sunak says his plan will help safeguard thousands of jobs.

But Labour's Wes Streeting says there's lots missing.
