Dr Anthony Fauci, one of the U.S. President's top advisors on the coronavirus pandemic, has expressed concern about the recent spike in COVID-19 cases.
In his testimony to the Senate Health Committee on Tuesday, Dr Fauci said people are taking an "all or none" approach as states reopen after lockdowns.
