MAJOR INCIDENT DECLARED IN ENGLAND AS TOURISTS FLOCK TO BEACHES

A "major incident' has been declared on England's southern coast as tourists flood to seaside towns.


Thousands of people have headed to beaches as temperatures in England reached above thirty degrees.


But police, council leaders, and ministers are urging people to stay away.
