GERMANY AGREES ON $146 BILLION STIMULUS PLAN

Germany's governing coalition has agreed to a $146 billion stimulus package, intended to soften the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic.


The plan is the second major financial stimulus from Europe's largest economy in the past three months.
