Concern mounts in India as 80% coronavirus patients turn out to be asymptomatic

Intro:

The India Council for Medical research says that about 80% of all cases who've tested positive for COVID 19 are asymptomatic.

In a country of 1.3 billion people this is becoming worrisome for the residents but not for the authorities.
