Tough new punishments in Italy to contain COVID-19

Italy has warned that anyone testing positive for COVID-19 who breaks quarantine restrictions could face up to five years in prison. 

It comes as the death toll in the second worst affected country rose again, after two successive falls. 

Meanwhile France, Spain and the UK recorded their biggest daily rises in fatalities.
