ROW OVER CONSTRUCTION WORKERS AMID UK LOCKDOWN


Pressure's growing on the UK government to stop construction workers heading to building sites during the coronavirus outbreak.

Ministers say builders are among those who can still go to to work as long as they practice social distancing.

But many say that's almost impossible on site.

An effective lockdown of the country was announced on Monday but some employees are still being asked to go into work.

Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick says employers should be sticking to health guidance during this time.
