Arab League supports Egypt over Ethiopia

Intro 

The Arab league has sided with Egypt in its dispute with Ethiopia over Ethopia's hydropower dam on the Nile river.

Ethiopia called the decision "blind" and says it is going is going ahead with its plans to begin filling the dam later this year.
