US president Donald Trump on Monday arrived in India for the start of a two-day visit - his maiden visit to the country.
He landed in Ahmedabad in western India before going to the Taj Mahal in Agra, and then on to New Delhi, where official talks will take place with the country's prime minister Narendra Modi.
The two leaders are aiming to boost ties, but hopes have faded that the two countries might reach a trade deal during this visit.
