UK parties form anti-Brexit election pact

Three British political parties — the Liberal Democrats, Plaid Cymru (pron: Plyed-Cum-Ree) and the Green Party — have formed an electoral pact, agreeing not to stand against each other in dozens of seats.

The anti-Brexit parties are announcing that the deal could cover between 60 and 70 of the 650 constituencies in the UK. This could affect how many pro-Remain MPs are elected to Parliament.
