After sharply criticising Indian states, Supreme Court discusses solutions to combat pollution

The Supreme Court of India has sharply criticised both central and state governments for failing to limit pollution and stop the burning of crop stubble in Punjab and Haryana, a major factor contributing to Delhi's deadly smog.
