LABOUR, CONSERVATIVES SPAR OVER BREXIT PLANS

The opposition Labour Party is setting out its Brexit strategy ahead of a general election next month.

It says it would negotiate a new Brexit deal with Brussels including a customs union with the EU.

It would then hold a referendum offering that deal or Remain as the options.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson's accusing Labour of offering more 'dither and delay' over Brexit.

It's a key campaign issue ahead of the UK election on December 12th.

Shadow Brexit Secretary Keir Starmer says Labour's position is clear.
