France has expressed regret that Donald Trump has decided to pull out of the Paris climate change agreement, after the US government formally told the United Nations it's moving to withdraw.
Emmanuel Macron will sign a pact with his Chinese counterpart in Beijing on Wednesday that describes the 2015 agreement as « irreversible. »
