Africa Failing To Honors Its Human Rights’ Bodies


INTRO:

A new report by Amnesty International says African governments do not fully value the human rights' institutions they have established over time.

The African Union has three bodies concerned with human rights: the  African Commission, the African Child Rights Committee, and the African Court.  

These organisations say a lack of commitment from governments is making them ineffective.
