The whistleblower alleging serious misconduct by President Trump is claiming the White House operates a secret electronic storage system where records of his conversation with the Ukrainian President were hidden.
The complaint alleges that multiple White House officials were so worried by the President's discussions with the Ukrainian leader that they locked records of the conversations away.
