British lawmakers have voted against a three-day suspension of parliament, which would allow the Conservative party to hold its annual conference in Manchester.
It comes after the government attempted to suspend Parliament for five weeks, through a process called prorogation, but were found to have acted unlawfully.
British lawmakers have clashed with the government since their return.
