India's Interior Minister has said that the communication blackout in Jammu and Kashmir will be lifted in the next 25 days.
This as New Delhi continues to face criticism from human rights groups over keeping the region in lockdown for a month- internet remains suspended in Kashmir and a heavy police deployment is still in place.
