UN: More Afghans killed by allies than militants

The United Nations says almost 4,000 civilians were killed or wounded
in Afghanistan in the first half of 2019, mostly by pro-government
forces.

It's the first time in the 18-year conflict government and foreign
allies have killed more civilians than militant groups.

Nick Harper reports from the UN in New York.
