Latvia becomes latest EU country to pull out of UN migration pact

Latvia is the latest European Union country to reject a UN pact on protecting the rights of migrants.

EU chiefs in Brussels say they're disappointed so many countries are withdrawing support for the deal with Europe despite Europe having faced high numbers of arrivals over the past few years.
