Russia sees NATO exercise as 'sabre-rattling'


50,000 troops from more than 30 NATO countries are beginning military exercises in Northern Europe, known as Trident Juncture 2018.  NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says the drills send a clear message that the alliance is ready to defend allies against any threat. But Russia has called them 'reckless sabre rattling', as Lucy Taylor reports.
