The South Korean military has discovered Korean War remains as it sweeps for mines in the DMZ. Both Koreas hope to discover more war dead as peace efforts lead to the removal of mines and other weapons from the border.

South Korea's defense ministry says two sets of remains were discovered near Arrowhead Ridge.
The area saw intense fighting during the Korean War.
Soldiers from both Koreas are now removing landmines ahead a project next year to recover war remains.
The landmine sweeps are part of an inter-Korean deal to gradually remove weapons and guard posts along the DMZ.
The ministry believes one set of remains belong to a young army Sergeant.
President Moon Jae-in Tweeted the young Sergeant now returns to us… 65 years after he was killed in action.
