A boat that ran aground in Australia's far north Queensland is the first
people-smuggling operation to reach the Australian coast in almost four
years, according to the Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton.
Border Force officials caught 15 people after the boat ran aground off
Cape Kimberley, near the Daintree River, on Sunday but between 15 to 30
others, including the vessel's captain and first mate, are reportedly
still on the run.
