President Trump has branded former FBI Director James Comey an "unfaithful slime ball" after Mr. Comey said he couldn't say whether the Russian government has compromising videotape of Mr. Trump with prostitutes in Moscow.
Mr. Comey's tell-all book about his firing at the hands of President Trump is hitting bookshops next week in America.
