UK intel: Russia tested nerve agent on door handles before Skripal case

The UK has released previously classified intelligence that it says further links Russia to the poisoning of one of its former spies with nerve agent in Salisbury last month. 

Britain's security chief also says Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia had been spied on by Russian intelligence for at least five years.
