Syria: UN chief frustrated at lack of unity

The United Nations chief has expressed his frustration that the UN
Security Council has not acted "responsibly" over recent chemical
weapons claims in Syria.

On the 4th day this week of emergency meetings the Council members
squabbled over a way forward, while Secretary-General Antonio Guterres
instructed them to create an investigation team.
