U.S. top diplomat handling North Korea resigns

The top U.S. diplomat handling North Korea has announced he's stepping down.

The State Department says Joseph Yun decided to retire because of
personal reasons.

U.S. officials maintain that this decision won't impact their policy
regarding North Korea.
