Talks with North Korea must bring end to nuclear program: White House

Officials from North Korea have announced that they're willing to hold
talks with the United States.

closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics.

The White House says any talks must result in North Korea abandoning
its nuclear and missile programs.

This comes just days after Washington announced its largest packet of
sanctions on Pyongyang.

U.S. correspondent William Denselow has more.
