Talks to restore Northern Ireland's power sharing assembly have broken up with the Democratic Unionist Party, the DUP, saying they see no current prospect of reaching agreement.
However political opponents Sinn Fein say the DUP is to blame for the collapse. From London, Catherine Drew reports.
