More charges for Turpin parents in California abuse case

A couple from California, who are accused of neglecting their 13
children, are facing more charges after their latest court hearing.

The case came to light after police found siblings shackled to their
beds at the family home. Prosecutors say they were malnourished and
living in filthy conditions.

David and Louise Turpin are facing multiple charges of torture, false
imprisonment and abuse. Louise Turpin is also accused of assault, and
David Turpin of lewd conduct with a minor.

The couple deny all the charges against them.

Frances Read reports from Los Angeles where the siblings are being looked after.
