Trump promises to keep Guantanamo open

In his first State of the Union address US President Donald Trump has
announced the signing of an order to keep Guantanamo Bay open.

During the Presidential campaign Trump had promised to keep the
controversial America prison in Cuba open, reversing Obama era plans
to close it.

The President said he had signed the order just before making his speech.

The President also spoke out against North Korea, and introduced a
North Korean defector to Congress.
