Review says chances to prevent the Manchester Arena suicide bombing had been missed


 A review of internal police and intelligence reports has concluded that opportunities to prevent  the suicide bombing of Manchester Arena which killed 22  people in May of this year had been missed. 


The  British government requested the review from former terrorism law reviewer, David Anderson QC following  four terrorist attacks in the UK over a four month period.    From London, Catherine Drew reports.
