NYC Explosion: man in custody over "attempted terrorist attack"

A 27-year-old man is in custody after detonating a pipe bomb device in
what police are calling an "attempted terrorist attack" in New York.

The incident took place during the Monday morning rush hour at one of
Manhattan's busiest transit hubs.

The suspect and three other people were injured in the explosion.
