Ireland Agrees to Collect Back Taxes from Apple

Ireland has reached an agreement with Apple to begin collecting about 15 billion US dollars in back taxes.

The Irish government at first fought the ruling—but now with this decision tensions over this issue between Dublin and Brussels will likely now ease.
