Pres. Trump names North Korea "state sponsor of terror"

President Trump says he'll officially designate North Korea as a "state sponsor of terrorism", reversing a decision by former President George W. Bush to take the country off the State Department's terrorist watch list.


The President says he wants to apply the "maximum pressure possible" to the North Korean regime.
