UN calls on North Korea to end child labor, detention

INTRO:

The United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child is asking
North Korea to end child labor - and uphold international standards on
the treatment of minors.

The Committee says it has credible reports North Korea is forcing
children into unpaid work - as punishment for the crimes of their
parents.

UN correspondent Laura Cantekin reports.
