Report blames Assad regime for April attack

The Syrian government is to blame for using sarin gas on Khan Sheikhoun in April of this year, killing more than 90 people a new report finds.

The Joint Investigative Mechanism, a joint venture of the United Nations and chemical weapons experts was set up to determine responsibility after the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons determined the chemical weapons sarin was dropped on the village.
