US lawmakers look to pass $7.9 billion Hurricane Harvey relief package


As federal disaster reserves run low in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, the US House of Representatives will vote on a $7.9 billion relief package.

The storm left parts of Texas and Louisiana under water for several days last month.
