UK proposes temporary customs union for "free and frictionless" trade after Brexit

Ministers say they want "free and frictionless" trade with European countries in an arrangement that could include a temporary customs union after Brexit, to prevent goods being held up at ports and terminals on both sides.

From London, Catherine Drew reports.
