North Korea delay decision on missile launch towards Guam

North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un has delayed a decision on whether to
fire missiles towards Guam.

Pyongyang had previously threatened to land four missiles near the
U.S. territory but the county's state media has announced the country
will wait and assess Washington's actions.
