Russia's suspended membership will be discussed at the International Association of Athletics Federations congress in London. Members of the congress will decide whether to reinstate the membership of the Russian Athletics Federation. RUSAF has been banned since November 2015 after an independent Wold Anti-doping agency investigation which exposed wide-scale doping. Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
