U.S. lawmakers fail in bid to replace Obamacare

U.S. lawmakers have failed to get the votes needed to repeal former
President Barack Obama's signature healthcare act.

A vote was cast at nearly 2am on Friday morning in Washington with the
so called skinny bill failing by the margin of 51-49.
