An American doctor is consulting with British colleagues in London over whether terminally-ill baby Charlie Gard should travel to the US for experimental therapy.
Dr Michio Hirano has offered to treat the 11 month old whose parents are fighting a court battle and have received backing from the Vatican and US President Trump.
