UN appoints new Myanmar abuse head over bias fears

The United Nations has replaced the head of an investigation looking into killings allegedly carried out by Myanmar's security forces, over concerns about bias.

The UN Human Rights Council is investigating allegations of abuse in the country, also known as Burma.

Nick Harper reports from the UN in New York.
