Russia announces tit-for-tat sanctions targeting US diplomats

Russia said it will ban access to some property used by the US Embassy in Moscow and demanded Washinton cuts its diplomatic staff in Russia. The move comes after US Senate upheld the new round on sanctions punishing the Kremlin for hacking into US elections last year. Russia's President Vladimir Putin has personally authorized the retaliatory measures. Our correspondent Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
