Putin vows to retaliate against US sanctions

The Russian President said that Moscow would have to retaliate if Washington goes ahead with new sanctions against Russia.  

However, Vladimir Putin said his response would depend on the final text of the proposed law.

New White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci has indicated that U.S. President Donald Trump may veto the bipartisan sanctions bill against Iran, North Korea and Russia.

Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Paul Ryan explained, the legislation has overwhelming support and a presidential veto would be easily over-ridden.
