Newspapers Want to Negotiate Collectively with "Digital Duopoloy" of Google and Facebook

US newspaper publishers are calling on federal lawmakers to grant them an exemption from antitrust rules to negotiate collectively with technology giants. Newspaper publishers, calling Google and Facebook the "digital duopoly"  say the tech giants are gaining increasing control over digital distribution.
