A university in eastern Ukraine was partially destroyed, possibly by a bomb explosion, local authorities say. The pro-Russian separatists controlling the area of Donetsk are resisting the Ukrainian government since the 2014 revolution ousted then-President Viktor Yanukovich, accused by Kiev of treason.
