NEW GRENFELL CLAIMS WITH COUNCIL UNDER PRESSURE

It's reported that the refurbishment of Grenfell Tower in London saw cheaper cladding fitted to the building than had initially been proposed.

The claims come as Kensington and Chelsea Council come under increasing pressure over the blaze in west London which killed at least 80 people on June 14th.

The local authority's first council meeting since the disaster descended into chaos.

As London correspondent Ashleigh Carroll reports.
