Two senior US intelligence officials say they have never felt pressured to intervene in ongoing investigations.
Several US media reports have accused President Donald Trump of intervening with intelligence officials to try to halt an investigation into allegations of collusion between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia.
During a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing, Democrat Senator Mark Warner questioned National Security Agency Director Admiral Mike Rogers on his dealings with the President:
