EPA CHIEF: Paris deal bad for US economy, minimal benefit to environment

The head of the Environmental Protection Agency says the United States has nothing to apologise for after the Trump administration removed the U.S. from the global climate agreement.

Scott Pruitt repeated President Trump's indication that the administration could re-enter the deal or negotiate a new one.
